Many people have problems getting Libraries installed, or understanding All About Libraries. I have updated the http://ArduinoInfo.Info WIKI with this page:

Typical Error Messages caused by Library problems:
- Ultrasonic_Serial.pde:1:24: error: Ultrasonic.h: No such file or directory
- Ultrasonic_Serial:4: error: 'Ultrasonic' does not name a type
