Problems reading values

Hi, I'm taking my first steps in arduino and doing tests that recorded 4 numbers in the eeprom (4,4,4,4) of my arduino one.

Well, when I want to read the values and throw them to the monitor series, it shows me (with println) 52, 52,52, 52, I make a loop and I show the values as I show in an extract of the code:

byte value = EEPROM.read(address);
char caracter = value;

Serial.print(address);
Serial.print(" ");
Serial.print(value, DEC);
Serial.print(" ");
Serial.print(caracter, DEC);
Serial.println();

How do I have to do to actually see the format values in decimal and not ascii?

thanks

Look up the relationship between the ASCII value and the actual value. What do you see ?

Have you tried the simple stuff?

Serial.print(caracter);
