Problems regarding shiftRegister595 library

I have been trying to use the shiftRegister595 library but it is not working :

Initially I was getting error msg stating compling problem..

I checked the forum and was told that to make changes in the includes statement to "Arduino.h" for both shiftReisterer.h and shiftRegiter595.h files. I made the changes

Now the problem is that the program compiling but output is not as desired...What is happening is :

All the 8 leds are glowing with a flicker ( not a steady illumination)...

Please help if possible

You need to post your code, schematic and maybe a photograph of your circuit.

CrossRoads tried to help you with your problem 2 days ago and you never responded. Now you come back with the same post except with all the useful information removed. It's almost like you're more interested in wasting our time than you are in getting help with your problem.
