I have tried several tutorials but none of them could help me out about this. I am trying to turn on a led with my android device.

You forgot to tell us what is wrong. Also you gave minimal details of your hardware and no details of the software.
For instance, Arduino Mega ADK doesn't have any bluetooth functionality.
(whatever happened to the Arduino/Android cooperation, anyway? Did Google lose interest in "physical computing, or did the wider availability of BTLE just render specialized hardware unnecessary?)

Pretty sure. I mean, there are assorted bluetooth modules that could be connected to a MegaADK, and it's vaguely possible that someone is selling a board with that name that has bluetooth built it, but the Actual Arduino MegaADK's feature (beyond the normla Mega) is a USB host port for plugging in your phone, not BT connectivity.
