Problems uploading to arduino nano

Hello
Student here, I don't know much about arduino. I wanted to make a automatic door with the arduino nano. I am using the drv8825 and the lema17 for the door. But my sketch wont upload to my arduino nano. It detects the port but i always get "exit status 1".

Please post the full error message copied from the IDE using the button provided for the purpose

When you post it, please use code tags (< code > above) to make it easier to read

Hi, @milozzy123
Welcome to the forum.

Can you post a link to where you purchased the Nano?

What version IDE are you using?

Have you tried uploading for Nano with Old Bootloader?

Thanks.. Tom.. :+1: :coffee: :australia:

See if Port monitor error: command 'open' failed: Invalid serial port. Could not connect to COM serial port - #49 by ptillisch will solve the problem.
