I'am currently working with interfacing Arduino UNO board with ADNS-7550 laser mouse sensor. Have anybody experience with this sensor or worked with similar avaga laser sensors before?
I followed the datasheet http://www.avagotech.com/pages/en/navigation_interface_devices/navigation_sensors/laserstream/adns-7550/ and have connected every component according to the schematic that can be found in the datasheet. The problem is that I can't get any stable data from the sensor. I've been in contact with avago, but without and success. So have anyone succeeded with Arduino and Avago laser mouse sensors? I've seen projects with Avago led sensors but they work in a different way.
