Problems with ESP8266

Hello dear people, im having big problems with ESP8266.
I have bought 4 of them, black ones, are they same as blue ones?

When i try to program them i just got an error message about connection timeout.

Can someone help me, this is my first post and it may be in wrong place or topic BUT PLEASE I SPEND LOOT OF MONEY FOR THIS (in Serbia ESP8266 cost around 3€ and programmer was 10€)

I forgot to say i have library for ESP8266 and i have changed board to Generic ESP8266 Module...
