Problems with SIM900 DB no resp

i'm using arduino uno + sim900 icomsat v1.1

i want to test my gsm module with my library but i have problem.

when i test with GSM library

GSM Shield testing.
DB:NO RESP
DB:NO RESP
DB:NO RESP
Trying to force the baud-rate to 9600

ERROR: SIM900 doesn't answer. Check power and serial pins in GSM.cpp

and in my picture sim 900 error.jpg always ATT : OK | RIC : | ERROR

The code tells you "Check power and serial pins in GSM.cpp" have you done so?

Find another library and test it with your SIM900, it might work.
