Problems with the Upload

Hi guys,
I have some problems while upoading any project on my arduino nano. I already checked up some typical errors of beginners. To sum up, I can't find the mistake. The last error message is this one:

There's no option for an old bootloader if you're using an arduino uno though...

I cannot upload a program,can you help?
