Problems with Web Editor

Previously, I successfully used the Web Editor, but for 2 weeks I can not go into it. I get the following message:

"It's just one of those days." We're doing our best to get things back up and running.
If this is taking too long you can write us on the Forum, or check the Error Log. " (see attachment)
I tried to go from different computers and from different networks.

Now I use Windows 7, Google Chrome 66.0.3359.139 (Official build), (32 bit)

Please help to solve this problem!

From what I understand that message can be a little generic.

I would start by suggesting clearing out your browser cache as that has caused some issues in the past.
Then try with an INCOGNITO window with addons disabled to make sure its not a browser add on that is acting up.
It may also be worth turning off any third part security simply to test and using the steps above too.

There are some quite important facts missing from your post so I would recommend reading a few of the posts that are stuck to the top of this section.

Type of internet connection and speed of the same can also play into bad connections where pages time out.

Thanks for the advice!
I tried to do 3 things:

  1. Go through the Incognito mode. It did not help.
  2. Go through a computer with the Team Viewer from Jacksonville. (I live in Moscow). It worked!
  3. For permanent work from Moscow, I added the Extension friGate3 proxy in Google Chrome.

I think that this network problem is related to the blocking of Telegram in Russia. http://www.wired.co.uk/article/telegram-in-russia-blocked-web-app-ban-facebook-twitter-google

Proxy type network connections bring a whole different set of problems when using such as CREATE.

You seem to have a handle on it now though but just need to find a reliable long term solution.

In my case, CREATE works very well with this proxy
