My project is a blind assistance device which includes Real time image processing. Please Suggest me a good microprocessor or hardware platform for image processing.
Start with a PC running Linux, then move to Raspberry Pi.

I heard that Raspberry Pi is has much heat dissipation when code is more complex. Is there any other processor for image processing?
Why do you care?

As I said Real time, Processing must be faster.
A smart phone might be another option since it's already got a camera. It's also got an audio output and GPS which might be helpful.
But, I assume you've got a lot of basic research to do before you can determine how much processing power you need or if you can do it at all.

Has nothing to do with processor temperature.
You have a long way to go.

I would get my ears tested if I were you, you seem to be hearing a lot of rubbish.
