program not uploading in my Arduino UNO

i am trying multiple time in my PC but program not uploading in my new arduino board .after connect to USB port of PC the green(on) LED is on and L LED is blinking. i buy this board from FLIPKART .

PC operating system - windows 8.1

arduino software - Arduino 1.8.5

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

What does device manager say? Is the board recognised? You might have to install a driver.

Did you select the correct com port in the IDE under the tools menu?

Please post a link to the board that you bought.

thank u sir. actually problem not in the arduino . but in the PC port .. after reinstalling the driver , application software (arduino) it automatically solved .
