Program/Read STM8S00 with Arduino

How do I program or read an STM8S00 using an Arduino board?

I can't find any information on this especially because of the unfortunate naming convention: All I find is "Program/Read with Arduino IDE". I don't want/need IDE at this point but what I mean is the Arduino BOARD.

I have Arduino Nano, and soon Pro micro, but can they be configured to be the ISP for an STM8S00, Ideally, fully emulating an ST-Link?

My goal is to program a scrapped PCB with an STM8S00 on board, but if at all possible, I would like to 'steal' the original firmware for analysis (this is not strictly required)

[edit] A little background for those that are bored: It's this piece 'o carp. It contains actual sensors, but one sensor is missing the amplification circuitry, and even with all sensors disconnected (most of which are digital) it still displays changing numbers on all displays. It has several floating pins (18,19,20,21,23,24) that, when poked, change all numbers for the worse.

Is there a good reason you don't just get a cheap ST-Link clone? They can be had for about $2 online and will make things much easier for you.

The delivery time.

Seems you don't.

Sorry, double-posted after all.
