Programing LORA through USB to TTL

I am trying to program LORA through USB to TTL.
I connected
USB to TTL LORA
3v3 VDD
GND GND
RXD TXD
TXD RXD
I am connecting it to USB port on my laptop and I In Arduino IDE nor in HTerm I do not see valid port connectivity to open the serial monitor.
Does it mean that thie USB to TTL part is broken. Is there anything else I can do

Do you want to give the forum the full details of the exact LoRa module you are using, it would save a lot of guesswork ?

Any Arduino involved ?

REYAX RYLR998
The module USB to TTL was delivered with LORA module so it is meant to be used with this part

Till now all I want is to connect serial monitor to Lora to set its address and network ID and other parameters. I will be connecting it to Arduino pro mini later

No idea, see if you can find an on-line tutorial.

There are several of these UART front ended modules that use a LoRa device and they seem to have different ways of configuration, that the connected radio module is LoRa seems incidental.

There have been around 3 requests to use this module in the last week, some common project maybe.

Weird one. I obviously checked the cable. no help.
But I tried to connect to different PC and there it worked.
It is still not working on my primary computer but I need it only to program the Lora modules after that I do not need it anymore
