You have ESP32 with USB. Why not programming with USB and bootloader. With ISP it can work. With uart I don't believe it works.

Hi,
Remember that the arduino output is 5V and the ESP input pins are for 3.3V, doing this connection can burn your ESP.

Hi,
First remove the ATmega328, from the socket, then use a resistive divider on the arduino's TX. That way it might work.
