Da molto anni uso un USBASP, ma richiede l'installazione di driver, cosa non possibile se non si hanno i diritti di amministratore.
Una possibile alternativa è l'uso di un Arduino come ISP, ma dovrei trovare il modo di impedire la sua riprogrammazione, perché anni fa mi capitò più di una volta di premere male lo shift e programmare il programmatore!
Altra possibilità è il Pololu, se non richiede l'installazione di driver. La richiede o no?...

The Pololu USB AVR Programmer v2.x has drivers and configuration software for Windows. The drivers tell Windows how to recognize the programmer and set it up correctly.
