programmer is not resonding! please help i tried for long ago and no solution

Hello everybody!

I used an Arduino UNO like one year agoand after that i just left it sit in my rawer , well kept in there, no misture , actually it was sealed. Tried to use it again. installed rivers, windows recognized it, blinks 3 times at after connecting it to pc but still i cannot upload sketches! i am allready frustrated. Please help me! The error that i get is a very well known:

Tred allmost all the "solutions" out there. What is the problem! Please help!!!

CH340 driver?

CH340 drivers installed allready. I must tell you that the loopback test did not passed. Can this be the source of the problem?

I've tried to put the board in dfu mode to update the firmware with flip software and i followed a tutorial where i should connect he GND with pin 1 of ICSP (the one near usb plug) and the another jumper fron GND to the condensator below RX and i can hear the sound of finding a new device in windows but arduino still appears in the Ports row not in othe Devices so i can use Flip software. please help! UP!

Hello I have the same problem,
A while back it was working and it uploaded very well. Now it says "the programmer is not responding"

Using Arduino Uno, windows 7 64 bit

The driver is updated. I reset the board couple of times. Nothing worked.
I am surprised that a month back when I tried it worked.
Please help...

I thought I should share this with you, I am having same problem as yours,

I bought another Arduino from Digikey, it works perfect, but when I change the board to the older one, still giving me the same error,
So obviously the issue is not with PC or driver, mine is with the Arduino, because I can easily program with the brand new board.
