Board is set to "Arduino nano"
Processor to "AtMega328P (Old bootloader)"
COM is set to "COM4". Windows shows COM4 as USB-SERIAL CH340

My board is Arduino nano with Atmega328P-AU processor and CH340G chip.

It was working correctly until now. While uploading code, led 13 blinks 3 times fast, then it periodicaly blinks (every second) until rx and tx leds start to blink (for very short time), and then led 13 starts to periodicaly blink again. Sometimes when I hold reset button I manage to upload code.

What I tried: Reinstalling ide, downgrading board library to older versions, trying different usb ports, restarting pc, changing processor to atmega328p with new bootloader

What could be wrong?

Edit:
I tried uploading from phone, same problem. So its not related to my pc.
Arduino is disconnected from circuit, TX and RX are not connected to anything.
Tried loopback test. I did received my message back.

Everything according your description seems correct except one thing - obstacle with the reset which you mentioned. It leads me to suspect the reset signal.
Check your boar, reset signal path for any damages. You can try to connect LED with resistor in series to reset pin for test. Reset pulse is 200ms so it should be visible.

Yes, its probably broken auto reset. Reset pin is whole time of uploading high. (or atleast my eyes did not registered any blink). Traces are ok, but not sure about CH340G chip and capacitor between processor and this chip.
