So my Arduino was always working but since today it keeps saying this:

It's so annoying and I don't know what to do, I can only choose one port the /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port.
The board I'm using is selected as: Arduino Genuine Uno.
When I connect the USB it turns on, and the LED's on the Arduino SLOWLY turns off.
Can someone please help me, because I can't fix it and I really don't know the problem.
Help would be appreciated a lot.
