Programmer is not responding

please help,for some reason my arduino uno R3 stopped accepting any uploads and started giving me this error message everytime i upload,P=

Go to tools and be sure you have the correct board selected. Also is the Tx light on solid? That would indicate a serial flood. Go back to the blink sketch and upload it, if you start getting errors press the reset button, try a few times to be sure. Once you have that loaded reload your sketch and be sure you have a few second delay in setup.
