I connected the Arduino UNO at the PC for the first time and the LED L blinking. I tried to upload to the first example Blink. I always receive the same error:

I used windows 10, with the genuino starter kit, so i have a genuino uno. I bought it on ebay

Just because its from Ebay does not mean its a real one.
I suspect its a clone and would require the Chinese drivers HERE
Also which IDE are you using as it helps people to help you.

I used the
OS -> Windows 7,
COMport -> COM8
Board -> Arduino UNO r3
Programmer -> USBasp
please help me to solve this problem
I had the same problem. I used a USB 3.0 Port and the same Error occured. After using a USB 2.0 Port the problem was solved.
Hope it helps someone. And for China Arduinos you may have to install another USB Driver. Like me the CH340.
