Programmer is not responding

Hey, I'm new to Arduino and I'm trying to get my RedBear Nano Kit v1.5 to blink with the examples code.
But i get that every time:

Programmer Type : butterfly
Description : Atmel AppNote AVR109 Boot Loader

Connecting to programmer: .avrdude: butterfly_recv(): programmer is not responding

  • a few lines earlier but i think that's not a problem:

User configuration file does not exist or is not a regular file, skipping

Has somebody an idea what can cause this?
Settings i altered:

Board: "BLE Nano(V1.5 32KB)"
Programmer: I literally used every option available..

Update:

After trying to change settings and trying everything i restarted my mac and tried again -> worked first try.
