few day earlier I had uploaded the blink program in the borad it works fine .Today While uploading any program(Even the blink ) to my arduino UNO board it shows me this error messages

I am completely new in this things and I do not want the board gets damage .Since,I have to save one month of my pocket money to buy this thing
