Unplug your Arduino from the computer.
Quit the Arduino IDE.
Restart the computer.
Restart the IDE.
Plug in the Arduino.
Check that the port is correct.
Upload the program.
The bluetooth board does not matter.
If that doesn't fix it, study the link dougp posted and start over.
