Programming a sketch into arduino uno using PL230HX usb to TTL UART Converter

I have bought : PL2303HX USB to TTL UART Converter Module - dipmicro electronics
so i'm wondering how i can upload sketch into this chip : Atmega328 w/ Arduino UNO Optiboot Bootloader ATMEGA328P-PU - dipmicro electronics
