If anyone has encountered bouncing with the way they have programmed their digital I/O for a button array, the example sketch "StateChangeDetection" by Tom Igoe has a method using the modulo function that never fails. as in never. i mean using this buttons responded perfectly everytime, and trust me the 3 microcontrollers i have so far have been absolutely abused by novice experimentation and circuit learning.
A link to the sketch would be useful for people who have not seen it.
noted and attached yet accessible from examples in interface so im not going to say redundant but

arduidiot: yet accessible from examples in interface so im not going to say redundant but :-P
I had not realized it was one of the standard examples and I assumed it was part of another Thread on the Forum.
Np this stuff would be all second nature to you so that maybe why it created the confusion
