Programming Arduino Pro Mini with Arduino UNO

Hi,

when I connect the Arduino pro mini to Arduino UNO ( Tx -> Rx, Rx -> Tx, VCC -> 5v, GND -> GND, GRN -> reset) and then connect the Arduino UNO to USB of my MAC, the message showed up saying "unplug the device using too much power".

What should I do ?
