Programming ATtiny85

Using Arduino Programming Questions

Hi,
I am trying to program an ATtiny85 using this tutorial(http://hlt.media.mit.edu/?p=1695). It doesn't work and I keep getting error messages: avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync:
resp=0x00. I am using an uno (r3) as an ISP.
Any help is needed,
