I am just a beginner in circuit designing probably my friend advice me the arduino uno bords so I want to know
About how can I programme the circuit .
My conceptal device it's simple through an ac passing conductor when it breaks the voltage becomes minimum [0v] or at the time comparitvely high volt is passing through the circuit [when it touchs the earth]the entire circuit wont to off that is there is no current through the conductor
Simply the circuit need to control the voltage of the conductor I mean there's the voltage of the electricity through the conductor is always it at fixed at the time of null volt very high volt the circuit is sensitively block the current through the circuit that's the circuit is highly sensitive for the voltage inside the conductor [note the current through conductor is pass through board so board should block the circuit at high and minimum voltage]
You do not need a micro-controller to control voltage. A light switch works well enough. If English is not your primary language, hopefully, one of the other language sections of the forum will be in your primary language.

The device is used for controlling the circuit at minimum volt and at high volt
It's mean for avoiding electricity loss in the case of breaking the conductor [earthing]
