Programming Mini Pro using Uno R3

Hi,
Is there any possibility to program Arduino Mini Pro using Arduino Uno R3. I was reading about Arduino as ISP but i don't know how to use it with Mini Pro?

To load a sketch. I can't have ISP programmer at now.

Sorry, that i'm asking, but i should connect Uno GND to its RESET? I didn't understood. :fearful:

Alternatively, tie the resets together and remove the 328 on the Uno. Then the reset works automatically.

Disadvantage: Wear and tear on the socket.
