Programming Pro Mini

Hi everyone, I have one of those usb to serial cable (d9 plug), as per attached pic. I was wondering how should I wire it up to program the pro mini. Thank you.

Your only way with that one is to use a female DB9 and solder wires off the back of it to be able to connect to the mini.

That is not the best way to connect to the mini but with that adaptor is is about the only way.
