Programming Several Atmel 328P-AU without PC

Hi,

I have created a pcb and ordered 40 copies of the pcb
Now i need to program them.
is there a way to do so without a pc.

I want to program the chips. Wait a while and test the board.

If i disconnect the board and add another one it starts over.

do you know if i can also program with a mega.
so i have more ports available after programming to test the boards and program
