Programming xBee with Arduino Wireless Proto Shield

Hi.
I was programming my xBee with Arduino and Arduino Wireless Proto Shield using X-CTU.
I was doing some changement about sleep time.
But now my xBee wont wake up
I am using Arduino board without atmega. I removed it.
On my other xBees the power LED of wireless proto shield is ON but this one it is ON just a few milliseconds when i power up the board.
I used xbee recory tool but it is now working because it cant wake up.
i am using XBee Pro Series 2C XBP24-CZ7WIT-004
I changed the arduino board and proto shield but xbee is not working.
i tried to connect and load the firmware through X_CTU while reset button was pressed but it is not working too.
is there anything that i can do or some hardware things that i can do ?
thanks.

No, you weren't. The XBee's microcontroller is not user-programmable. You were configuring the XBees, which is NOT the same thing.

If it can't wake up, that hardly seems consistent with the tool now working.

Well, since the XBee is not an Arduino, asking about it here seems inappropriate. You might have better luck if you asked the manufacturer (digi.com).
