Project 5- Mood Cue: can't connect the male header to breadboard

Hi there,

i’m having problem connecting the male header, the female connector and the bradboard.

The problem is the shorter legs don’t stay fixed when connect either to the female connector or the breadboard. Only the longer legs stay when connected to the female connector or the breadboard.

What could be the problem?

You can slide the plastic grouping "clip" up and down the length of the pins, took me a few minutes of them popping back out to realize this...

I had already tried before posting to do that, but they seem to be stuck on the "clip" and don't move like you described. :\
