Project Arduino UNO connects to bluetooth module FB155BC, i need the BT+RSSI

Hi all,

i'll explain first my objectif and then what i have done.

objectif: i need RSSI value when the module is connected to my smartphone. This module takes AT commands and the command to take the RSSI is [AT+BTRSSI?].

things were done:

connection between arduino and bluetooth module:

*connection 1
 FB155BC (1/GND) --> (GND) Arduino
 FB155BC (2/VCC) --> (external power supply)
 FB155BC (7/TX)   --> (1) Arduino
 FB155BC (8/RX)   --> (0) Arduino

for this first connection, i used hyperterminal from computer. First, i upload a simple program in Arduino.
[void setup(){}
 void loop(){}]
All the AT commands are worked in hyperterminal, i could configure the module. In connected state, i could get the RSSI by using [AT+BTRSSI?]

*connection 2
 FB155BC (1/GND) --> (GND) Arduino
 FB155BC (2/VCC) --> (external power supply)
 FB155BC (7/TX)   --> (10/programmed as RX) Arduino
 FB155BC (8/RX)   --> (7/programmed as TX) Arduino

code : [#include <SoftwareSerial.h>

SoftwareSerial mySerial(10, 7); // RX, TX

int led = 13;   // the pin that the LED is attached to
char chByte = 0;  // incoming serial byte

// the setup routine runs once when you press reset:
void setup() {
 // declare pin 9 to be an output:
 pinMode(led, OUTPUT);
 // initialize serial:
 mySerial.begin(9600);
 Serial.begin(9600);
 mySerial.print("AT+BTSCAN\r");
 Serial.print("Enter :\r");
 delay(500);
}

// the loop routine runs over and over again forever:
void loop() {

 if (mySerial.available() > 0)
 {
  // get incoming byte:
  chByte = mySerial.read();
  Serial.print(chByte);

 }

 if (Serial.available() > 0)
 {
  // get incoming byte:
  chByte = Serial.read();

}
  mySerial.print(chByte);

 }

}]

In this second connection, i wanted to use Serial monitor as the terminal and where i put the AT Commands. the only one command that works is [AT], which response with [OK] but the others commands response with [ERROR], even a command [AT+BTINFO?].

Question:

  1. could somebody help me with this case?
  2. is the sketch takes a AT commands? or the AT commands are only executable in the terminal?

regards,
