Welcome to the forum.
What is the power , wattage, of your LED array going to be?
A 5V 10W array will be as bright as a 12V 10W array.
Have you checked that the servos you are looking at have the torque required to move your light array.
The Arduino can control the servos and dim/switch ON/OFF your array, with a PC as the master control.
