Hello guys,
please any one give me guidance on how I will be able to connect a solar system to an Arduino Uno. The system will transmit information on the usage of the solar system using a GSM module. The system will also have a timer switch connected to it to put off the LED lights connected to the solar system. Some guidance and possible links will be appreciated.

That would depend on the particular Solar System.
You would have to study its documentation, and see what interfaces it provides - that's where you'd connect the Arduino!
What LED lights?
A 10 watt Led light
Describe each component you already have. What can the components output and what input can they take? What does "usage of the solar system" mean? It's like you have a system you think is standard and you think everyone knows what you are talking about. Either that, or you want to develop such a system.
