Hello everyone I need to do a Lighting systems adaptable to vehicles (tracking the steering wheel to cope with amplitude
depending on speed) with actuator control and I have a hard time finding tutorials and how to find out more information about my project. If you know,I would apreciate if you would tell me.
Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
Please read the post at the start of any forum , entitled "How to use this Forum".

Your post is not very clear.
Do you have an actuator controlling a steering wheel?
Do you want the light to show the position of the steering wheel?
Can you tell us your electronics, programming, arduino, hardware experience?
Thanks.. Tom... ![]()
I am a beginner, I have been working some beginner projects and now I am stuck at this one.
Adaptive lighting system for motor vehicles with actuator control and the steering wheel by amplitude headlights depending on the speed.
However this is a small projects I work with small actuators and 2 leds that shows the way.I have 2 Potentiometer, a lantern and microcontroller and also an usb-ftdi-mini Modul usb 2.0 to ttl uart on ftdi ft232rl
I do have most of the materials however i did try to find information and didn t about this
I suggest that you edit the first post in both of your topics and change the title to something more meaningful

Sorry, I know all of those words but they don't make any sense put together like that.
The amplitude of what? What does the actuator do? Move the steering? Move the headlights? And what exactly depends on the speed?
Can you write it in terms of doing stuff. Like maybe "Read the steering wheel angle and change XXXX as it changes" Or "Increase the brightness of the headlights as the speed increases". Or whatever you actually want things to DO!

Get an automobile history book and look for "Tucker".
If it is a simple project like turning a steering wheel and have the head lights follow the steering wheel angle and similar, then that might be simple. Use a potentiometer (pot) for the steering wheel and two servos to rotate the head lights.

That is what the project sounds like, plus light intensity proportional to speed.
Interesting little project.... ![]()

And check with your local Department of Transportation (or equivalent) on just what they will allow on the road.
Sure you can do something and not find out you crossed lines until after some accident not even your fault.
