Project with Sound Waves send to HiFi-Amplifier

I need to send .wav signal to a HiFi-Amplifier.

When X happens play sound No1.wav but not direcly from the arduino with a speaker, i need to send it to an HiFi-Amplifier so it can be played on multiple speakers and at a much bigger db.

Can i use Adafruit Wave Shield for Arduino Kit to do so?

If not is there an easy way to do it?
