I want to record some data from hall effect sensors to Arduino with a numeric communication by protocol PSI-5. I must to use it because, it will be an automotive application.

Do you think, it is possible to generate signals compatible with protocol PSI-5 from the card Arduino ?

As far as I am concerned you will need to make it easier to see the spec you want to match. I am not going to spend half an hour or more trawling through that website. How about posting a link to the specific document that has the spec and telling us which page you are most interested in.
