Prototype with ATMEGA328P, assembly water wash okay?

Hello, I designed a simple PCB based on ATMEGA328P-AU's, I am going to have PCBway assemble a few prototypes and then do a larger run for me. This is my first SMT board, PCBway wants to know if any of the components require special handling. I looked though Microchip's Atmega documentation but found no mention of handling requirements, so I must assume there is an industry standard. Is water washing ATMEGA328P-AU's okay? How about MIC5205's? Any other special handling I need to inform them of?

As I understand it, only components with a hole need special treatment. Microphones, barometric pressure sensors, etc.

I just checked some random MEMS microphone's datasheet and found this: "ensure that water does not make contact with the microphone port. Do not use blow-off procedures or ultrasonic cleaning"

Great, thank you for helping to confirm this stavs, I appreciate it.
