I am developing an arduino UNO based product.Kindly advise. Please suggest how to make permanent connections to LCD etc. and avoid breadboard
You could get header pins that make a good connection with the Arduino sockets and solder wires to the header pins. That way you can disconnect from your Uno if you need to.
Another possibility is to build an Atmega 328 on a piece of strip-board so that all the joints are soldered.
Or you could buy a Nano and solder connections to it rather than fitting the header pins to it.
A word of caution though: make your project with temporary connections first! Solder it up only after you know that it works just like you want.
The Project is working. It uses MAX485 Module ,16x2 LCD and Arduino uno only.I have to make connections firm.
