I want my garagedoor to open when I am within 5 meters or so from it. I was thinking that an arduino with some kind of bluetooth shield paired with a bluetooth tag could be the solution. The idea is to put the arduino in the garage, as soon as the tag is within range the arduino opens the garagedoor.
Is this doable or are there easier solutions out there?
