proxy or not proxy

Hi,

I need to configure an arduino YUN, but my office computer is on a network protect by a proxy.
So I configure the proxy in my ubuntu 14.04 (64) and after, I can't display the URL of arduino YUN that I'm connect with WiFi.

How can I configure a proxy on ethernet of my computer and keep a Wifi without proxy ?

Or, have you any idea of how can I proceed to make it work ...?
