PS on, PS kill on a SMPS, what are the initial functions ?

Here we go again :
I need to power some 12V motors for a project I’m working on in a rapid way.
I’m testing a server psu, with a relay acting as a switch between “PS on” and ground.
Works great but I’m unsure if that’s a reliable way for a 12 hour period.

Yes, a relay is an excellent way to enable a power supply if that’s the question...

But what do 12 volt motors and a server psu have to do with one another? How is an Arduino involved?
