i am trying to link guncon to my laptop which runs max/msp patch. my aim is to send a trigger signal (button on and off) to computer through arduino board. i dont know which arduino board should i get and how i am supposed to link the gun to it (bear with me, i am a girl.)))).
i have worked out max/msp patch and i am familiar with a software, i just need to work out the analog input part.
i have opened my gamegun and have found two pins on the gamegun board where trigger lets the signal pass through (i tested it with a circuit tester ) and showed it in the picture with two red circles here:
i would like to know:
- which arduino board and components i have to obtain in order to make this guncon trigger send signal to max/msp
- and how do i connect it
