Ps3 Arduino

Hi Guys,
This is what i would like:
A PS3 controller connected to a pc, Controlling the arduino ide, controlling an arduino.
that arduino has an xbee module, controlling a different arduino, which is controlling motors.

Can you please explain the code to me because i am new at arduino.

Actually Sorry,
If I could have a ps3 controller connected to a computer, controlling a usb xbee module, and then controlling the other arduino.
