No one will have the “code” you need that will fit your project. You need to put in the effort to write the code yourself. We can help you if you have any issues but no one will just give you code that does exactly what you want.
What happens if there is an issue, how would you fix it? Sure, you could come back here and we can play 21 questions to figure out why it doesn’t work but it would be better if you learned how it works so you can fix it.
If you want someone to do all the work for you then perhaps this thread should be moved to Jobs and Paid Consultancy

Do you have the MPU6050 library downloaded and have you run any of the example sketches that come with it?
I downloaded MPU6050 by Electronic Cats, there is an example sketch called MPU6050_Raw. Try it and see if it works.
I don't have a MPU6050 module so I am unable to do any kind of testing on my end.
If the code uses a different gyro, you need to change it to "mpu6050". Do it yourself.

Once again, I do not have a MPU6050 module. I can add the libraries, no problem, but I can not test it to make sure it works. YOU need to test it since you have the module.
I am asking you to download the MPU6050 library, run the example sketch called "mpu6050_Raw" and see if it works.
