Does anyone have one?
You won't find one. It is not usual to have a PSpice model for complex digital ICs.
The closest you could come is a model of just the output pin. Which is just a constant current source.
There are lots of op amps. Why do you want to simulate this one?
For circuit simulation I recommend LTSpice. It is free, easy to use and much faster than PSpice. It also comes with lots of SPICE op amp models for Linear Tech's line.

The TLC5940 is an 16-channel PWM constant-current driver with SPI control, not an op amp.
My mistake, thanks.
