Can i connect PT1000 like this:
AREF - PT1000 - Analog 0 - 1000Ohm - GND
and set the AnalogReference(INTERNAL) ?

No.
yes pt 1000 as in platinum rtd 0C@1000ohm
RTD sensors are usually wired into a passive resistive bridge circuit and then amplified by a differential op-amp. There are available RTD interfacing chips that will handle most of the low level stuff. Wiring a RTD as a voltage divider to an Arduino has lots of challenges and I'm not aware of a decent set-up the that method.
